It basically belongs to the daisy family. Its blossoms are the true healers.

You can have it dried and boiled. You can take it in hot water as tea.

3. Cranberries

They are great for urinary tract infections and cancer. They are also especially good to stop harmful bacteria from sticking to internal body surfaces

They are laden with vitamin C, bacteria fighting chemicals and antioxidants like quercetin.

You can drink cranberry juice mixed with apple or raspberry juice for best results.

4. Oily fish

What is good about it?

They reduce the bad cholesterol in blood and hence, prevent clots and strokes.

What makes it good?

They omega 3 fatty acids, which are heart healthy.

What is the best way to eat them?

Eat them raw. If that does not suit your taste, then barbecue, bake, grill or pan-fry them.
