Try using a body brush or a washcloth on your skin to give your circulation a boost in the right direction. By doing this it helps to break up fatty deposits and get rid of cellulite. You want to work your way from below your knee and up your thigh. Be sure to use a circle motion with gentle pressure just giving a massage. You want to do this on dry skin not wet. You also want to be careful when choosing a cellulite cream so as not have an orange peel effect. Use one with ingredients such as caffeine and skin softeners.
Banish Stretch Marks and Spider Veins
Stretch marks are easiest to banish if you can catch them early. But, a laser can work wonders on damaged skin. A new stretch mark can go away after one treatment but for older ones it can take a few more. You can make marks blend in more by using a bronzer or self tanner. For those pesky spider veins you may have to go to your doctor for treatment and get a little pricey. If you cannot afford this procedure than you can conceal them with a rich concealer that is transfer resistant.
Protect from the Sun
Stay hydrated since moisture is the key. Use a cleanser that is creamy to lock in moisture. Always remember to use your sunscreen. Mom used to layer it on us every time we went outside even just to play. This helps to protect us against blemishes, spots and even skin cancer. If your workout includes jogging, be sure to choose a sunscreen that is waterproof. You don’t want to have to stop in the middle of your jog to keep from getting that early morning sunburn. As age creeps up on us little spots start to appear. Glycolic peels are great for lightening those up. If you are not a poolside person and still want that perfect color, get a self tanner that works slowly to build color. This will save you from turning orange.
