Apply Perfect Base For Perfect Makeup

Imagine how would you look if you take all the efforts to apply the right lipstick, eye shadow and compact and ignore the foundation? The foundation is the base of your makeup. If it is not applied properly then all your efforts done for your makeup will be wasted. Generally, it is seen that women take a lot of time in selecting the lipstick color and the eye shadow shade and they just take one second to buy a foundation without really matching it with the skin tones.

If good care is taken to choose a proper foundation and if it is applied properly then half of your makeup is done. Don’t apply foundation with the fingertips, use a cosmetic sponge instead which will give a non greasy finish to your makeup. The sponge should be dampened and then squeezed before using it to apply foundation. Apply little bit of foundation in dots on whole face and neck and then blend slowly with a sponge. Take good care to apply the foundation on the jaw line, forehead, nose, and chin and blend it really well to give it an even finish.

Don’t buy a foundation ignoring its shade. It should be properly picked up according to the skin tone. Don’t think that if you choose very light color it will make you look fairer and beautiful. It’ll just mess up whole of your makeup. The foremost function of the foundation is to give a very natural look your makeup and if the choice of the foundation is wrong it will spoil your look.

For best results use a flat brush to blend the foundation with rest of the makeup. Use a good quality foundation to give your makeup the attractive look. One more thing to be considered before applying foundation is that it should be freshly moisturized otherwise it will give a very dry look to your face.

Foundations play an integral role in the makeup of the face. So, it should be applied with lot of care to give your makeup a perfect finish.
