Do you ever wonder how celebrity stars keep their faces beautiful and glowing? Of course, they are born beautiful and all that, but how do they maintain it?

1. Trim Your Crowning Glory: Remember how our mothers liked to do this and that to our hair when we were kids? Well, that is because our hair is our crowning glory. So trim your do once a month to remove split ends and keep your hair looking healthy.
2. Gentle Washing: Wash your hair gently as hair can get damaged easily when wet. Do not rub too hard with the towel so that you don’t break or twist the strands. This way, you won’t have trouble while combing.
3. Supple To The Touch: Of course you don’t want to scare off someone you just met with just a hand shake. Although they say that a rough hand is an indication of a hardworking being, if there’s a way to avoid it while being hardworking, why not? Apply enough olive oil to your dry hands and rub some into your arm and other parts of your body that you want to appear moisturized and soft.
4. Your Face: Everyday, before going out in the sunlight, apply moisturizing cream and sun block. After a long day of exposure to dust and other harmful elements, remove your makeup and moisturize again. Depending on your skin type, there are a variety of products out there to choose from. Here’s a tip – use products that are made of natural ingredients.
5. Don’t Fry Yourself Under The Sun: Too much exposure to the sun without proper sun protection can be a disaster. Always use organic moisturizing lotion that has sun protection factor.
6. Exercise: Make it a part of your life, next to eating in order to stay fit and lose the few calories that you gain each day. This helps to maintain your body in shape. You don’t have to get into a program to do this. A few minutes of jogging and stretching each day would be fine just as long as you fulfill the physical activity that your body needs, and it’s good for the heart too!
7. Eat Your Breakfast: How many times did we get a good lecture from our parents when it comes to missing our breakfast? This is the most important meal one should take as it supplies the energy that will keep us going to face the daily challenges in our lives.
