Beauty Tips, Best Free Beauty tips to look naturally beautiful
Is your skin looking tired and sleepy all of the time? Or are your joints starting to ache as though you are way older than you are? We could all use some free beauty advice once in awhile. We are here to help.
After a long day of walking the office, your legs, back and everything else is probably swollen and achy. To relieve your swollen ankles, soak your feet in some soothing warm water with some Epsom salts. Your ankles and feet will feel like they are ready for another round.
Our makeup tends to give out even when we have to keep going. Spray some mineral water on your face to bring tired foundation back to life. You should carry this in your purse. Another problem area is the elbows. The skin tends to get dark. Using half a lemon, massage it over your elbows for the bleaching effect. Use lotion afterwards.
If your nails are soft, file them down after you polish. This will keep them from cracking. You can also use fake nails on top of your real ones to hide cracks, splits and even chipped nail polish. To keep your natural nail strong, you should soak in olive oil once a week.
Our eyebrows are another one of those problem areas. Tweezing can be really painful. To help alleviate that, numb your eyebrow with an ice cube. And, if you are having trouble figuring out what to pluck, use some concealer to highlight the ones to pluck.
Use a soft white eye lining pencil on the inside of your eyelashes to make them stand out and shine. If you are trying to make them appear smaller, use a thick line coat of liquid mascara. This will give the appearance of small eyes.
Don’t forget about your pearly whites. Make sure that you replace your toothbrush every 3 months. This will keep the brush fresh to do its job and keep your teeth bright and white.
One last thing, we are all prone to those nasty little blemishes. Put an ice cube over it for just a few minutes before your medicated concealer. This will help to minimize it so that it is less noticeable.
