In this case, it is advised to take only enough sugars, unlike taking too much which could be harmful. It is a great idea to stick to green vegetables and fruits rather than going for processed foods; some of which contain artificial sweeteners.
It is possible to manage joint pain and all it takes is eating right and doing everything that is advantageous to the immune system and the entire body as well. Life span is determined largely by the lifestyle you choose to lead, while genetics play just a small role in it. Taking care of yourself should be your responsibility and a priority if you want to lead a healthy, long life.
