Causes And Treatment Of Acne
December 21, 2009
If you have been bothered by acne for a long time, or just recently; and you want to find out some ways to treat it, then keep on reading.
It could be only a tiny reddish bump or it could be an annoying larger one, there are lots of solutions out there to treat and get rid of what may cause these skin problems to occur.
There is not, however, a perfect way to do it, a way that is both perfectly efficient and very simple or easy. Read on to find out why such a treatment is basically almost impossible.
The acne differs from individual to individual, if we are to listen to the experts. It can be caused by multiple and different factors. It can be caused by our environment, by what we eat, by our genes or hormones. Many factors influence the severity of the acne as you can see. Some of the environmental factors that can cause the appearance of acne are the following:
First one, you may be too stressed. It may be your work that is stressing you so much, your parents or even your kids (depending on the case); stress messes with your hormones very much.
Another reason may be the cosmetics you use. When going to bed remember to go bare, without applying cosmetics on your face. This is important because the cosmetics tend to block out your pores and this is an important factor why pimples appear.
You could be using some medications or prescriptions that can cause acne. Most of the people do not know this; there are lots of medications that can have a dramatic influence on the appearance of acne. Diltatin for example, which is a well known treatment used on people suffering from epilepsy; is just one of the many medications that can cause this.
And the last factor we are going to discuss about is your occupation. We are leaving the stress away because your occupation can have a much bigger influence on your acne than you may think. Let us say that you work full time making burgers throughout the day, this can be a severe risk for acne appearance. The chemicals at your workplace also have a big impact on this.
