Choosing Your Conditioner
Hair is one of the most precious things one has. To have healthy locks, you need to take special care of your hair.
You have to keep the scalp clean at all times and wash it with a good shampoo at least three days a week. Along with that, to keep the hair soft and silky, you need to use a good conditioner.
What is a hair conditioner? It is a shampoo like substance that you apply to your hair; unlike shampoo, this does not create a lather. You need to keep the conditioner on your hair for at least 3-5 minutes and then rinse with cool water. A hair conditioner does not only make the hair soft and silky, it moisturizes and nourishes the hair, prevents the hair from tangling and makes the hair glossy.
There are thousands of conditioners available in the market. Which one do you go for? Not all conditioners will work on your hair. You need to identify your hair type and go for the one that is made especially for your hair.
If you do not want to use the ones that are available in the market then you can always make your own conditioner at home with all natural ingredients. Since they are free of chemicals, they will work like a magic potion for your hair.
Now there are many things in Mother Nature’s bag and you can use any one you like. If you have dry hair, massage your hair with egg yolks. Take as many yolks needed depending on your hair volume and length. Then wash it with shampoo.
If you want something extra with your conditioner then you can make a mixture of natural yogurt, egg yolk, and a bit of lemon juice. Take at least three-tablespoons of natural yogurt and mix 2 egg yolks and one teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix all of them well and apply the paste to correctly to your hair. Massage it well, keep it for 5 minutes, and then wash it off. If you want deep conditioning then all you have to do is wrap a towel around your head for half hour and then wash the hair.
Mayonnaise is also a good conditioner. Apply some natural mayonnaise to your hair and keep it for 5 minutes. Then wash the hair with shampoo.
