Drinking lemon juice mixed with 1 spoonful of honey in warm water early in the morning, on empty stomach can also ease your constipation problem. Drinking hot water, hot tea or fluids can help you in reducing or getting rid of constipation.
Eat foods that are high in fiber and drink plenty of clean water and other fluids. This will make your stool bulky and soft, which means passing of stool will be much easier. Eat plenty of fresh fruits such as grapes, apples, oranges, banana, etc.
If you want to cure constipation then you must avoid eating processed foods, junk foods, spicy foods, foods that contain preservatives and food colors, etc.
