On a date, if you are not careful, you could end up being a jerk. You have to be cautious with beautiful women as they look up the minutest of things. But some women are not that difficult to handle. You need to be conscious if you want to leave a good mark on your lady love.
If you are going out with a woman for a while now, and you know she likes you, it doesn’t necessary mean that she likes each and everything about you. It also doesn’t mean that you are not good. This is where the problem comes in.
There are very few women who get interested in guys who are frightened of their own shadows. Usually and mostly, women are interested in guys who are pretty confident and feel good about themselves and the environment as well.
But in most times, this self confidence turns towards arrogance. Now the question is how do you know when it goes too far? Here are the symptoms that indicate confidence has turned its ways into arrogance:
Are you a good listener : Women have the tendency for unlimited conversation and it is not alien on your part to stray away from time to time. But you never listen at all when arrogant. You just want the conversation to end so that you can make your point, regardless of what she was saying. Most of the time you don’t even let her finish and cut your way in.
You are always right: Losing an argument an insult for you. Normal discussions turn into debates and you want to win at any cost. You keep on pointing on uncertain thing, where they went wrong and keep on bragging over the won debate, regardless of the fact that you have hurt her feelings.
It’s all about you: On a date, it’s amusing when all the conversation automatically turn towards you. Your life, your interests, your job, your aims, your status, your possessions, etc, and whenever your date gets the chance to speak about herself, either you are not listing or you change the topic instantly, so that the lime light is on you again.
Being confident is good, but allowing it to enter the space of arrogance is very bad, as it leaves room for only one person in the relationship. So do you want to be alone?
