Do I Need Facial Massage?
First impression is the last impression. And impression depends on your looks to a large extent. For that great look you need healthy skin. And healthy skin requires good care.
All the beauty products and cosmetics are not enough to give you healthy glowing skin. Along with all that you need a proper diet, lots of water and, most important, facial massage.
When you wake up in the morning, your face looks puffy and pale. That is because all the toxins store in the body and the blood circulation becomes slow. Here it should be mentioned that due to lack of exercise and movement, blood circulation slows down even during the day.
To have a smooth blood flow to your facial skin, it is necessary to have facial massage often. You can have it at a beauty salon or you can do it on your own at home.
Facial massage does not only help to increase the blood circulation, but at the same time, makes the facial muscles more flexible and makes wrinkles less visible.
Since facial massage involves essential oil or any other vegetable oil, it is better to know what your skin type is. Different types of oil are suitable for different type of skin. Oil is needed, as that makes the surface of the skin greasy and it makes the massage movement easy. Besides vegetable oil does not have any bad effect on the skin.
Those with oily skin can go for peach kernel, hazelnut oil, etc. Since oily skin is greasier, it needs something that can be absorbed by the skin easily. Peach kernel and hazelnut oil are perfectly safe for oily skin.
For dry and aging skin, use avocado, apricot and whit germ oil. But those with normal skin have a larger variety to choose from. They can use sesame, almond or sunflower oil. They can also opt for olive oil. But since it is but thicker than the other oils, so for better results, it is better to mix it with any other thinner oil.
Apply the oil on the palm of your hand, rub them together and massage it on your face. Rub it in circular motion.
