Eyebrow Arching

Whether you wear makeup or not, the shape of your eyebrows plays an important role in the look of your face. You want the eyebrows to be arched and shapely. It will give you a beautiful look to your face and a great shape.

Many women go to the salon to get this done. That can get a little costly since it needs to be done so often. You can do this at home if you have the know-how and all that takes is a little instruction.

Using a spiral brush, comb the eyebrows toward your hairline using an up and away motion. Your next step would be to draw the design of how your eyebrows should be. For this, use a flat shadow darker than your brows hair color or lighter if you have darker brows.

In order to determine the beginning of the brow, you want to take your pencil and draw a line from the edge of your nose to the corner of your eye. Whatever line this makes is where the brow is to start. You then use the pencil to connect with the outer corner of your eye and that is the end.

To get that perfect arch, you want to use a tweezers to pluck away the hairs that are not in the lines. You will find your arch once the unnecessary hairs are gone. This may sound a little complicated but you will get the hang of it.

If you are not sure about the lines, practice a few times before you actually start to pluck the hairs. Once you feel comfortable, tweeze away. After a few times of doing this, you will find that it will take you no time at all.

The money that you can be saving from going to the salon will add up. Use it to treat yourself to lunch or buy a new sweater. You can even do this for your girlfriends once you get really good. Make a party out of it. You can also look into getting a wax so you don’t have to pluck.
