If your symptoms are not very severe, you can consume some multi-grain cereal instead of biscuits and crackers. Such a meal is quite substantial and helps to provide quick nourishment to the body. However, it is important to refrain from consuming any food in big amounts as the body will not be able to digest too much food at this stage. Once the symptoms start disappearing, the person can start eating bigger portions of food at regular intervals of time.
