Sugar

Sugar prevents your body from the absorption of nutrients from the food you eat. Thus you become weak and prone to illness.
Sugar causes increase in weight hence you must avoid its consumption if you want to lose weight. If you crave for sugar, you can consume honey in place of it. You can put honey in your tea instead of sugar. Honey also provides you powerful antioxidants and cause weight loss. Red Meat
Human body is unable to digest red meat completely due to various reasons. Such meat also contains toxins (which are not digested by the animals). Sweet Snacks
Sweet snacks may be good for your tongue but they are not good for your overall health. They slow metabolic rate and cause fat accumulation. Hence avoid sweet snacks and candy when you are trying to lose weight. Only avoiding foods will not benefit you until you exercise daily. In order to lose weight, exercise everyday for at least 45 to 60 minutes and avoid stress. Eat meals 4-5 times instead of eating 2 heavy meals.
