Everyone wishes to have beautiful and soft feet.Your feet reflect not only your grooming, but your sense of personal hygiene too. To have beautiful feet, you need to give it the required care and attention.

Care for your toe nails forms an important part of foot care. You should keep your toe nails in a good condition by clipping and shaping them regularly. Do not shape your toe nails in such a way that they are curved because it will eventually lead to the formation of ingrown toe nails.

You should exfoliate and moisturize your feet on a regular basis to maintain it beautiful and healthy.

Mix 2 tablespoons of lavender oil in a bucket full of luke warm water. Keep your feet soaked in this for about 5 minutes. This process will help to soften the cuticles and loosen the dirt under the nails.

In order to soften the hard skin on your feet, you can also add 1 teaspoon of vinegar to yogurt and rub the mixture on your feet.

The next process is exfoliation. You can get rid of the dead and dry skin cells by rubbing your feet with a pumice stone. Use the pumice stone on areas where you feel calluses and roughness. Do not be rough while using the pumice stone as it can cause the formation of abrasions on your feet.

Moisturizing your feet is the next step. You should moisturize while your feet is still damp. You can then massage your feet with almond oil. Rub the oil on your cuticles and push back the cuticles with an orange stick.

You can also subject your feet to intensive treatments. Warm a solution containing almond oil, olive oil and coconut oil and apply it on your feet. Leave it on overnight by covering your feet with socks or by wrapping it with plastic. This process is guaranteed to make your feet smooth and soft.

You can also relax your tired feet by soaking it in warm water containing 2 drops of lemon, 2 drops of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of baking soda.

Never walk around bare footed. Wear good quality shoes which fit you properly. Ill fitting shoes can lead to the formation of blisters and corns on the feet.

Also drink plenty of water. This will help in keeping your skin smooth and soft.
