There are many people in the world who are not willing to invest in the yoga classes, but keen to learn yoga and gain its health benefits. You cannot waste your hard earned money on something for the trial, until and unless you are sure about the results.
Under such category comes the yoga, which everyone has done once in their lifetime, but are still not convinced of its effectiveness. Generally known poses are – padmasan(lotus posture),Ardha padmasan (half lotus posture), shashankasana(rabbit posture),chakarasan(the wheel posture),gomukhasana (the cow face posture). Once you start practicing these asanas, you will definitely find their effects on your mind and body.
The advantages which you generally find from yoga, are clear mind, greater alertness and improved digestion. You can easily reach your fitness goal. In order to move towards the advanced stage in yoga, you should have an yoga instructor to guide you.
While doing your exercise, you should always remember your limits . After practicing yoga, you will be left with the feeling of relaxed and calm muscles, and you will be ready for your daily routine.
Just remember, if your body is not permitting you to practice yoga, then you can go with the easy poses and practice for half your usual time. To avoid injuries by the wrong movements and to get the maximum out of the yoga postures, you should practice yoga in front of an instructor.
