datingFinally the big day is here. You are going out on your first date. This must be very exciting for you. A lot must be going on in your mind. Now that you have decided what you will be wearing and what flowers you are about to buy your date, now it is time to ponder other important things, such as where you will go, what things you will talk about and what not. You have to sort these out carefully, so that in the future you can look back on that day and feel happy.

Before you head out think what kind of a person your date actually is. Is the person shy and introverted, or adventurous and extroverted? You will have to choose your venue accordingly. Try and avoid going to movies and concerts. They are entertaining indeed, but you will hardly have any chance to speak to your date, as the first date is all about getting to know each other.

A theme park is a good place to go for a first date. You can stroll around, try out food from different places and also get the time to talk and get to know your date better.

If your date is adventurous and is into sports, then a sports event is a good choice. Other than that, you can also go to a comedy club, where both of you will have a great time. And of course there is the carnival. If there is a carnival going on, you can always go there.

If you want a really romantic place to go to then the beach is your place. You can walk on the sand and enjoy the sunset. Nothing can be more romantic than that. But if you want to be far from the maddening crowd, then pack your stuff and go for a picnic.

Do not try to make love on your first date.

While you part, try to kiss her cheeks and see the reaction.

Keep enough cash to pay the bills.

Use a good cologne, but do use too much of it.

Dress in an impressive manner, do not hesitate to take help form others.

Tips for girls:

Wear clothes you are comfortable in.

Do not eat too much or too less.

Do not give the wrong message through your clothes.

Do not be too judgmental. Do not compare him with your previous dates; be smart and nice.

Tips for both:

First of all, be yourself. The first date is all about getting to know each other. That will give wrong impression.

You can surprise your date by presenting something he or she likes.
