Hair Growth Treatments

August 27, 2009

care-of-your-curly-hairAre you ok with having hair on the comb? It may seem ok, but that is a sign that you are losing hair. And you may not be able to recover from this problem.

If your hair does not grow in proportion to the amount of hair you lose everyday, then soon you will have other hair problems such as thin hair, balding etc.

So what should be done to prevent this problem? If you walk into a store, you will see so many products that will promise you healthy hair. But how many of them will work? Remember, most of them contain chemicals and they can have adverse effects on your skin, even if it works.

So the best hair treatment is to go for the natural remedies. Mother Nature has ample in her bag and all you have to do is choose any one of the remedies and make a habit of using it regularly. It is better not to stop using that, as the whole idea is to keep the hair well nourished so that they do not start falling again.

The best way to prevent hair baldness and restore the health of the hair is to massage the scalp. Massage will increase the blood circulation to the scalp. In this way, the scalp will get ample oxygen and that will prevent hair fall. For massaging, you can use any natural oil. In this case, coconut oil or castor oil or a mixture of both will work just fine. Keep the oil for an hour and then shampoo.

One of the main reasons why hair fall is because the roots of the hair become weak and they can no longer hold on to the hair. To make the roots stronger, you need to apply henna to the scalp. Mix an egg with the henna for conditioning. Keep the paste for an hour and then shampoo the hair. Make sure no residue is left.

Drink a punch of lettuce and spinach juice everyday to prevent hair loss. You can massage your scalp with some aloe vera gel. That is a good remedy for hair loss. But after massaging you have to keep the gel in for half hour and then wash your hair with warm water. Do this, three times a day.
