Massaging your hair with almond oil will work wonders in stopping hair fall and promoting thick and healthy hair. Coal tar is one ingredient which you will find in most of the shampoos. This has been used since ages to cure hair loss.
Saw Palmetto was initially used a treatment for prostate enlargement, it is only is recent times that its benefits in controlling hair fall has been recognized and utilized to the full. Apply Vitamin E oil on your scalp twice or thrice a week such as olive oil, coconut oil, almonds oil etc.
