Hairdressing – Some Tips For Learners
What would you do to keep your body healthy? Work out regularly? Eat the right food? Avoid junk food and have more fruits and vegetables? When it comes to food the only thing we think of is the food for our health.
But what we do not consider is that our hair needs diet too. If you wish to have healthy hair then you will have to give it the right food. Only with the right kind of food it will get the proper nourishment.
Speaking of food, what we eat affects our hair too. Here it should be mentioned that whenever there is a report on something that is bad for the health, there is always a big hullabaloo about it. Some people cut off that food item from their list for good.
Let us take fat for example. We all know that it is not good for our health. But how many of us know that there are two kinds of fat and the ones that are good are actually beneficial for our health and especially for our hair? Very few people know that. In a way fat provides your hair with protein nourishment. You do not want your hair to miss that now do you?
If you cut off fat from your meal, then your hair will eventually become dull, limp and lifeless. Add a bit of fat to your meals and see the difference in your hair. But remember, by fat I am not referring to the ones that come with your daily dose of fast food. I am referring to the fat you can get from milk, cheese, butter etc. At the same time you can also get fat from vegetables. That is the safest source of fat.
To have a good amount of the right kind of fat add tuna and salmon to your meals. At the same time it is better to cook your food with olive oil rather than any other oil. This will provide your hair with good nourishment.
Last but not the least; make sure you avoid fat that is saturated. That is absolutely unhealthy. You will get that kind of fat mostly from red meat and mutton. Try to avoid these as much as possible.
