Gaining Excessive Weight
Due to sedentary lifestyle and even after menopause women start gaining excessive weight and start suffering from obesity. Women are either occupied in their hectic work life or get tired after household jobs, thus they do not get time to spend on exercising or work outs to lose weight or maintain their weight which also leads to obesity.
Consumption Of Fast Foods
The demanding and full of activity lifestyle does not give them time to pay attention to their food too, so they prefer eating junk food instead of preparing wholesome and nourishing food for them. Junk Foods or Fast Foods are very harmful for their heart because they are high in cholesterol, which is the main cause of heart diseases in women.
