Menopause is an important phase of life which every woman passes through in her life and this is the time which makes her lose her mental balance and physically too she is undergoing so many changes which she is not able to deal with. After certain age there is reduction in the production of hormones in women, which is much lesser than the required level for menstrual cycle to start.
