There could be various reasons that cause these problems. Some of them are aging, insufficient sleep, stress, deficiency or other unhealthy practices. There are a few ways to get rid of these eye problems.
A good night’s sleep:
Rest is very important for human body to restore and produce energy needed for nourishment. Eyes, in particular need a good sleep and rest to maintain their attractiveness. Everyone must get at least 8 hours of beauty sleep every night. Following this schedule reduces many health problems of the body. The eyes benefit the most from it.

As always smoking is bad for health. The toxins can enhance eye-puffiness and dark circles. Use appropriate hydrating creams to overcome eye-drying and puffiness.
Eyes are sensitive:
Never expose your eyes to dust, too much heat/light or any harmful chemicals. Even rubbing eyes may cause irritation, allergy that may lead to serious eye complications.
