It’s Your Day – Make it Memorable
Everyone wants their wedding day to be special, especially if it’s their first. The bride does seem to take it more seriously than the groom most of the time, even though there are few men out there who are completely engrossed in every last detail of the planning and decision making of the entire event.
The theme that you choose for your wedding should reflect who you are and what this day means to you. You also want your guests to be able to enjoy themselves and when you look back on the whole event, you will be able to honestly say that it was the best day of your life.
There are many types of themes that you can choose from. A wedding coordinator can also help you to choose the layout for your theme. All you have to do is tell them what you want to do and give them a little background. A good coordinator will be able to plan out everything for you and take some of the pressure off you.
Some ideas are a color theme where you choose your or your partners favorite color and just run with it. Put it in your foods, the lighting, flowers and even the dresses. Or how about a seasonal theme? Choose the season that you like best and use that as your background. Spring and summer are usually pretty easy to pull off but winter may be a little bit trickier.
By choosing the right theme it will set the mood for the entire event. It will coordinate with the decorations, the type of music, the food and even the color of your bridesmaids’ dresses. All of these things should flow together to create one big beautiful picture for you and everyone who attends your wedding. Remember, this is your day. Make it count, make it say something and leave everyone saying “wasn’t that one of the most beautiful weddings you have ever been to”?
Make sure that everything is the exact way that you want it to be, right down to the words of your vowels. This may very well be the most important words that you speak to your partner in your lifetime.
