Eye Makeup is the vital part of face makeup and it can highlight the most beautiful part of your face. Every woman has different shape of eye brows and eyes which needs to be highlighted and taken care in a different manner for best eye makeup.

Depending upon the type of eyes you want on your face there are various kinds of eye makeup shapes and shades which can be used for a gorgeous look for your eyes.

Eye Makeup For Smaller Eyes

Small Eyes can be highlighted by using soft shades of eye shadow on the eye lids. Use soft colour of eye shadow on one-third portion of your eye lids and apply it evenly.

Now on the remaining portion of the eyelid where you have not applied any eye shadow till the tip of the eyebrow apply one shade darker eye shadow. Now smudge both the eye shades both the softer as well as the darker tone with your middle finger very lightly, so that the boundaries of both the eye shadows get merged evenly.

On the outer eye lashes do apply an extra coat of mascara for longer and thicker eye lashes. On the upper as well as the lower eyelid apply dark coat of eye pencil to give a bit bigger effect to your eyes.

Eye Makeup For Bigger Eyes

Apply a dark coat of mascara on the eye lashes and outline your eyes with darker shade of kohl too. Cover half of the eye lid with the light colour of eye shadow. The lower half that is from the eye lashes to the middle of the eye lids should be covered with lighter shade of eye shadow.

Now the remaining upper half portion of the eye lids should be covered with lighter shade of eye shadow. Using lighter shades of eye shadow will make your eyes look normal in shape and they will appear a bit smaller too.

Eye Make up For Thinner Eye Lashes

Some women have very thin eye lashes and if you also have the one then use dark shade of kohl on the outer side of the lash line to make then look thicker. Just above the kohl line without leaving any space, start applying lighter shade of eye shadow till the eyebrows to cover the whole eyelid.

This will help in hiding the lighter blue veins appearing on the eyelids.  The shades of the eye shadows and the thickness of the eye liner should be according to your skin tone.

Eye Makeup For Covered Eyes

If you have eyeballs covered with eyelids, then it will give a lethargic and covered look to your eyes. In order to give an energetic look to your eyes never use lighter shades of eye shadow on the lower half portion of the eyelids.

Just use the base colour on the eyelids from the outline of the eyelashes till the middle of the eyelids and the upper half should be covered with a darker shade of the eye shadow. Smudge both the base colour as well as the eye shadow lightly. Using these eye makeup effects will give your eyes desired shape and effect you want.
