Lip Gloss

Lip liner is used to give the lips a better and nice shape. A lip color adds glamour to the lips. On top of the lip color, many women prefer to use lip gloss for the glossy as well as sexy effect on the lips. Ladies who have light and medium skin tone can go in for clear lip gloss and for the natural look use a lip gloss with sheer silver shimmer.

For the soft look of the lips, light pink gloss works best. The other shades which can be opted for are light mauve, plum with gold shimmer, pinkish red and even red or red-brown.

If you have a dark skin tone, you can go in for soft pink or reddish brown; even deep brown shades of lip gloss and lip pencil can give the glamorous look to the lips. Some ladies prefer the extra glossy look; this look can be obtained by rolling the wand applicator on the back of your hand till it collects in a tiny mound. Then use a lip brush to scoop and spread it on the lips evenly and smoothly.

If you want to give your lips a feathery lip effect and you want the lips to have fine lines, the gloss should be used on the center of the lips. In the day time, it is better to use very light make by applying soft lip pencil to define the shape of the lips and then using a natural color lip color.

Don’t forget to blot it with a dry tissue and it is better to avoid the gloss during day. But during night do gloss the lips after applying lip liner and lip color. Gloss on the lips adds to the sexy look of the lips and a person gets more attractive as well as impressive looks. But it is very essential to choose the right color and apply it in the proper way for the right and desired look.

If the choice of color is not made right and the gloss is applied in a messy way, it can have a very negative effect on whole of the look.
