Look Beautiful Even After Twenty Five

skincare2Beauty is both natural as well as acquired.  The natural beauty needs to be preserved or else will fade away.  Beauty can also be acquired with human efforts.  As long as you are a young girl all above description carries a little importance in your life. 

But, as you cross the age of 25, you will realize the significance of beauty preservation because now your skin will start slowly losing its fresh, natural, and youthful appearance.  This happens because the cells lying at the skin layers lose its ability to retain their moisture.  This loss of moisture of the skin makes it turn rough, dry, dull, and wrinkled.

A basic skincare routine after twenty five is necessary without which you may start looking prematurely old.  You need to put efforts to make your skin retain the maximum possible moisture which will keep your skin youthful till the old age.  However, for this, you will need more than just moisturizing creams, lotions, and lubricants.  Remember that the inner health of your skin is of more importance than looking after the outer skin.  In other words, overall good health is the first necessity.

Therefore, start taking a regular diet which is rich in proteins as well as vitamins B and C.  At least six glasses of water, one glass of carrot juice and one pint of milk or buttermilk per day are essential for your beauty.  As far as the outer health of your skin is concerned, the use of homemade moisturizing cream on a regular basis is a good idea.  This will make your skin soft and alive.  Removing all traces of makeup before applying homemade cleansing cream should be done.

For making the cream, you will not have to put much time and efforts.  For this, one tablespoon of gram flour should be mixed with milk cream.  Few drops of lime juice plus a pinch of turmeric powder should be applied with finger tips all over your face and neck.  Keep this for few minutes and then rub your face with your hands.  After drying apply the homemade cream on your face and neck.
