beautyYour body needs almost constant care to maintain that healthy, beautiful look we all love to have. It can seem daunting sometimes, but here are a few more tips to keep the look you want.

Make Your Eyes Pop. Black eyeliner isn’t always best. Try a dark blue or green shade of eyeliner to give a little extra kick to your eyes.

Weight Loss with Water. Losing weight is a struggle for almost everyone. Drink a glass or two of water before each meal can help your stomach feel full with less food. It subdues your appetite so you don’t overindulge at dinner.

Steam Clean. Cleaning your pores is important, and giving your face a steam treatment once a week can help. It opens the pores, making them more effectively cleansed. Just don’t steam your face right over the stove. Instead, pour the boiling water in a bowl and place a towel over your head.

Mouth Lines. You won’t be able to stop lines from forming around your mouth, but you can delay their arrival. Make a circle with your mouth, as if you’re saying “oooo.” Then stretch it into a wide grin, as if you’re making the sound “eeee.”

Keep Skin Soft. Olive oil applied to your skin once a week can provide deep moisturization. Put it on just before a hot shower to let the steam work its magic.

Don’t Pout. Lipstick never lasts long if your lips are dry. Always moisturize before you apply lipstick.

Hide In Dark Colors. Feel like your jawbone sticks out there a little too much? You can hide it with a bit of dark shaded makeup. Darker colors cannot only add a little definition, but they also help things recede from sight.

Ice Cold. Splashing your face with ice-cold water can help keep your skin looking fresh and lively. If you’re prone to broken capillaries, however, avoid this tip.

Hair Sheen. A single lemon squeezed into a cup of water and used as a final rinse after washing your hair can give it that shine that always looks so good. If you’re missing a lemon, a tablespoon of vinegar is a good substitute.

Off to Bed. Always wash your makeup off your face before you go to bed. Otherwise, it could drastically clog your pores and do serious damage to your complexion.
