Photochemical take the form of Lycopene, Allicin, or Beta-carotene. These occur naturally in fruits and vegetables and have curative properties. They help fight cancers of the cervix, lungs, and stomach.

The problem of blood pressure can be tackled with fiber. Increased fiber consumption prevents plaque formation in the arteries and improves the health of the heart. Similarly, Vitamin C helps to improve the immune system and can prevent colds. It also has anti-oxidant properties that help with preventing various types of cancer.

Then there are some healthy foods that are mood alleviators. Consumption of nuts and fish helps to improve your mood and alleviate stress. They instantly uplift your mood and get you going.

Certain types of oils are rich in Vitamin E. Vitamin E reduces the risk of heart disease. And also contain anti-oxidant and anti aging properties. They are also sources of omega 3 fatty acids that improve brain and bone health.

Nuts are a great way to boost your mood, get Omega 3 fatty acids and reduce cholesterol levels. They reduce the risk of heart attacks and stroke. Walnuts especially are known for all its healing properties.

It is important to have a balanced diet. This can be completed with an exercise program. It will help you lead a longer, healthier, and fuller life. Supplements may not be required if you make a conscious effort of understanding the properties of food products. Based on your lifestyle, it can then be easy to choose foods that fit your pocket and taste. These would be foods that have natural curative properties.
