Natural Routine for More Hair
From time memorial, people have depended on nature for so many things. The list is definitely endless and skin and beauty care is certainly on the top five. Mother Nature has remedies for all your problems regarding skin and hair.
These days so many people are facing the problem of hair loss. They tend to depend on the products that are available in the market. I am not being skeptical; many of the products do work. But it is always safe to use natural ingredients, because studies show that natural products have not failed.
So what are the things that can prevent hair loss and help to grow back hair? Actually, there are many and you can choose any remedy you like.
Juice of an onion is an excellent remedy for hair loss. It not only prevents hair fall but also at the same time stimulates hair growth. Apply the juice to your scalp with the help of cotton, keep it for 10 minutes, and then rinse your hair with water. Do not worry, the hair does not smell at all. Do this every alternate day.
Oil massage is always beneficial for the hair. Massage increases the blood circulation in the scalp and promotes hair growth. These are a lot of oils such as coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil etc. you can use any oil you want, or you can make a mixture using different kinds of oil.
In this case, the best combination will be a mixture of coconut and castor oil. Mix one teaspoon of castor oil with two to three tablespoons of coconut oil and apply to the scalp and to your hair as well. Keep it for an hour and then wash it. Do this at least four days a week.
You might also want to apply henna to your hair. Take some henna powder and make a paste mixing some tea with the powder. You can mix sour yogurt or egg with that paste for conditioning. Keep it for one hour and then shampoo.
Last but not the least; make a habit of exercising regularly. That will increase the blood circulation in the body and your hair will be healthy.
