Never use rotten fruits for face and body packs. Avoid taking alcohol or medicines before taking spa. Take spa when your stomach is empty, for better results. Make sure you are alone at home and no one will disturb you during the process of spa. Arrange some soothing music for maximum benefit. Now if you are geared up to melt away the tensions and stress; start the process and enjoy the relaxing home spa.

Spa For Face

You can enjoy face spa at least twice a month for smooth and refreshing skin. Start the spa for face with a deep cleansing mask. You can take clay or mud based mask if your skin is oily. For sensitive skin, fruit mask will be great. You can take pulp of juicy fruits and apply it on your face for ten minutes. Mask will cleanse your face deeply and will extract the impurities as well as acne causing agents to the surface of the skin. After mask massage your face with papaya pulp for ten minutes. You can add few drops of rose water or lemon juice in the pulp. After ten minutes rinse your face with warm water. Papaya pulp gives shine to face and it makes the skin look healthy. After you are done with the papaya pulp massage, rub a slice of apple on your face for two minutes and leave the juice on your face. Now apply banana pulp on your face and keep it for ten minutes. You can add honey to it. After ten minutes gently scrub your face for five minutes and wash it off with cold water.

Spa For Feet

Spa for feet can give you a wonderful and relaxing ecstasy. Make your feet feel fabulous with the simple at home spa recipe. Fill a tub with warm water. Add a table spoon of aromatic cleanser, few drops of lemon juice, one tea spoon of essential oil, one tea spoon of vinegar, one table spoon of honey and keep your feet dipped in the tub for five minutes. Play nice and soothing music for maximum benefit. After five minutes buff up the toe nails and remove the cuticles with a cuticle remover.  Now exfoliate your feet with a mixture of one spoon of honey, two table spoon of caster sugar and half spoon of lemon juice. Rinse your feet and apply olive oil on your feet. Keep the olive oil for ten minutes and clean your feet with warm water. Now dry your feet with a soft cotton towel and gently massage them with a moisturizer. If possible wear socks for another half an hour and apply moisturizer once again.

Spa For Hands

At home spa for hands is very simple and you can do it every week. Soak your hands in a tub with warm water, aromatic oils, lemon juice, rose water and soapy solution for five minutes. Buff your nails and remove the cuticles with the help of a cuticle remover. Cut the extra cuticles and scrub your nails with caster sugar mixed with honey. It will make your nails clean and smooth. Exfoliate your hands with walnut scrub mixed with honey and lemon juice for five minutes in gentle strokes. Rinse your hands with warm water and massage gently with a mixture of glycerin and lemon juice. Keep the mixture for ten minutes and wash with warm water. Dry your hands with a clean and dry cotton towel and massage with a moisturizer for five minutes.

Spa For Body

For body spa make a mixture of body scrub with simple ingredients from your kitchen. Take one egg add half spoon of olive oil, one spoon of honey, two spoons of milk powder, few drops of rose water and mix it with three spoons of oat meal. Make a smooth paste and apply it on your body. It will exfoliate your body and will relax you. After you are done with the exfoliation, fill the bath tub with warm water. Add few drops of aromatic oils in the water and mix a liquid soap in it. Put some rose petals and add few drops of lemon juice to it. Now relax in the bath tub for ten minutes and gently clean your body with a body scrubber. You can treat yourself with body spa, at least once in a month for a radiant body and relaxed mind.

Spa For Hair

For shining and healthy hair, give yourself hair spa at least once in a week. Spa for hair gives you a soothing relaxation and is a great stress buster. For at home spa for hair, all you need to do is mash one avocado with five drops of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, one spoon of curd and 1 tablespoon of aloe oil. Make a thick paste and apply it all over your hair from roots to tips with your fingers. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it for twenty minutes. You can enjoy your favorite music in the mean while or do the hand or feet spa according to your convenience. After twenty minutes, wash your hair with shampoo and apply conditioner. Leave the conditioner for five minutes and gently massage your tresses for one minute. Wash your hair with warm water and let it dry naturally.
