First of all, drink a good amount of water. You need to do the cleansing from the inside. By drinking a good amount of water, you will be able to get rid of the toxins that build up inside your body. Getting rid of the toxins will help you to get rid of the pimples as well.
Do not at any cost forget to wash your face. Not washing your face will clog up the pores that will lead to pimples. But while you are at it, do not over do it. Wash your face three times a day. Carry a good cleanser with you so that you can clean your skin when you are out.
You have to have proper diet if you wish to have clear skin. Eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables. And sad but true, chocolates can trigger pimple problem. So try not to have too much of that.
If you have a zit, do not pop it. Apply the juice of Garlic before going to bed. In the morning, your zit will be gone.
Last but not the least; wash your face with a mixture of water and some Lemon Juice. Do this regularly to maintain healthy skin.
