To begin with it is very important to analyse the changes your skin undergoes with each stage of your pregnancy.The products and chemicals that you used earlier may not suit you now because the needs of your skin has changed.Switch to milder and more of natural products.

Products containing Aloe Vera, cucumber, etc. will help soothe your skin and will do you no harm.It is very important to use a mild cleanser not more than 2 times a day. Moisturize your skin with a good quality moisturizer as per your requirements daily.Ensure that you skin does not dry out too much or get too oily.You can also ex-foliate your skin once a week to deep clean your skin and get rid of hidden impurities.

Most important thing to remember is to protect your skin against sun rays.Never step out into the sun without applying a sunscreen containing adequate amount of SPF.

This will help protect your skin against pigmentation and other skin problems.Get oil massages done on a regular basis to keep stretch marks at bay and to keep your skin firm.Make it a point to indulge in some physical activity for at least half an hour daily.Diet also plays a major role to maintain a healthy looking skin.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and keep away from junk and unhealthy foods.Get adequate amount of sleep and rest to keep those dark circles at bay.You can protect your skin during pregnancy against all damages by following these steps on a regular basis.
