The famous beautician Marina Smith explains step by step process to a safe and efficient cleaning of the facial skin. Usually such cleaning should be done by professionals with the help of specialized equipment.

Skin Clearing :

The skin cleansing is a procedure used for facilitating extraction of blackheads and accumulation of sebum in the follicle. But first of all, you need to prepare the skin by removing the top layer of dead cells to facilitate the exit of these substances and microorganisms. To begin with, most importantly, sanitize your skin well with cleansing milk.

Oily skins should prioritize cleaning gels and dry skin, creams or emulsions.  Sanitizing the skin is also a continuous treatment, which must be done properly every day,” explains Marina. Soon after, it is necessary to scrub and preferably with the help of non-chemical scrubs because it helps to extract the impurities.

Now avoid applying any other kind of homemade recipe, because the skin at this stage becomes quite delicate as exfoliation helps to remove its most superficial layer called the cornea which also helps in skin protection.

Finally, apply a soothing mask and a cream or gel to help you to seal the pores of the skin.  It is also significant that the face skin should be clean and hydrated (by using creams and increasing water intake). In your daily Skin care regime after washing the face with a good face wash apply skin toner and moisturizer in the mornings and in the evening.

Skin Peels Or Peelings :

Peels are peeling scrubs or the application of chemicals with intent to eliminate expression marks and stains. It can be chemical (with the application of acids, such as retinol, salicylic acid, or phenol) or physical done by mechanical processes such as microdermabrasion.

Microdermabrasion :

Microdermabrasion peeling is known as crystal or diamond peeling. It is the exfoliation of skin with oxide microcrystals aluminum. This method reduces the fine wrinkles and blemishes while improving skin texture.

 Dermabrasion:

In this peel sandpaper made ??with high turnover, is shown to remove scars and laser burns. This kind of peel gives excellent results.  One who has the dark skin should avoid the method, because the patches take longer to disappear. According to the beautician Barbara Romagnoli, Laser Care Clinic, the laser procedure is contraindicated in people with skin diseases (like cancer and vitiligo), patients with pacemaker, pregnant or lactating. “It can be done from the age of 15 with parental consent,” she added. But before you decide the type and intensity of the peel, the dermatologist needs to analyze the state of the skin, taking into account the patient’s age and the actual reduction of marks.

The superficial peel reduces freckles and spots, in addition to treating enlarged pores. It is indicated to reduce oiliness and acne in adolescents. The medium peel reaches in the slightly deeper layer of skin. Decreases deep stains, acne scars, fine wrinkles and skin aging caused by the sun, but does not reduce the flab. Being a little more aggressive, intense and cause flaking you have to devote three to seven days, until a new skin to appear reddish.

The deep peel is the strongest and most intense of all and should be performed in clinical anaesthesia. This peeling is done to recover wrinkled skin and ends with deep acne scars. In this case, there is formation of clots that lead up to 21 days to fall; it takes longer to avoid any exposure to the sun. The procedure can also lighten freckles, sun spots and age, and to disguise the appearance of stretch marks.

Oily skins should prioritize cleaning gels and dry skin, creams or emulsions.
