You should massage your head regularly, and also comb you hair regularly as it helps the natural oils to spread as well as look more healthy and shinning. Keeping the hair open for at least four hour is very healthy for the hair. It is very essential to wash your comb and brush every time you wash your hair. Also, one should never share anybody’ brush or comb. Eating a diet rich of vitamins and minerals and proteins is very healthy for hair. It is very essential to visit a hairdresser after every six to eight weeks if you have split ends. Drinking eight to ten glasses of water is good for your hair.
There are some things which should be avoided as they are really unhealthy for the hair. One of these things is combing wet hair. Avoid using appliances like ironing rod, hairdryer or crimping machines on regular basis. They make the hair unhealthy by making them dry. Also avoid using color, mousse and gels as they are very harmful in the long run. If they are used on the regular basis then they have a very adverse effect on the hair and cause irreversible damage to the hair.
The above mentioned things are very important. One should strictly take these things into consideration and make them part of the hair care routine. This will really help you to to have beautiful as well as healthy hair.
