Start your day with a glass of luke-warm water with honey and lemon. This helps to clean your bowels and removes the accumulated toxins in the body. You can never have enough water, so drink plenty during the day.

Eat Regularly

If you want to maintain your weigh and keep your metabolism up, eat regular meals every two hours. This includes three main meals and two snacks.

Load Up On Fibre

Fibre helps to relieve constipation, boost your metabolism and keeps blood sugar levels at an even keel. Fibre is found in oats, barley, ragi, jowar, beans, lentils and some vegetables. Have these on a daily basis.

Protein

Protein is needed by the body to help repair worn out tissues and muscles of the body. Protein is also a brain food. The best sources of protein are white meats like chicken and fish.
