The first fights off free radicals, while the other stimulates collagen production, which will keep your skin plump and young.
Have a cup of pomegranate seeds every week to get its full benefits.
The little blueberries work miracles for fine lines
They have more amounts of anti-oxidants than most foods. This makes them extra effective for fighting free radicals, which are a result of sun exposure, emotional stress and even overexercising. They prevent cell-structure damage and hence, fine lines and wrinkles.

Olive oil will impart a healthy glow to your skin
Olive oil is rich in good fats, that is omega 3 fatty acids. These improve blood circulation and keep the skin rosy and supple.

Wearing an SPF 30 sunscreen is a good idea, so is wearing sunglasses even at sunset. Apply a hydrating masque at the most once a week and use a satin pillowcase.
