Three Cardinal Steps For A Beautiful Skin
A beautiful face is surely a useful asset for people but the reality is that only a few are born with smooth skin. The skin is the most sensitive part of the body. In order to maintain the skin condition, one has to make extra efforts to ensure that it stays that way.
This is true even for people whom nature has gifted with a glowing skin. You can make it a habit to ensure that the skin is well maintained and protected by following three cardinal steps of beautification; starting with cleansing, followed by toning and capped by moisturizing.
The Cleansing Process
As we go about our lives, we collect dust and other pollutants from the air, and these particles land on the surface of our skin. To secure a beautiful smooth skin, cleansing is the first step.
Start by washing your face with soap to clean its surface of dust and other impurities. Wash the face thoroughly with water to have a soothing feel. Apply light scrubbing to get rid of blackheads. Remove moisture from the face area softly with clean towel to dry. Cotton dipped in fresh milk and applied all over the face can be used as final cleanser. Wipe off with cotton and wash your face with water, to finally feel the fresh clean look.
Toning Process
Toning removes any residual cleansing materials from the face. The best toners for all types of skin are those that are made up of Glycolic Acid which is found in fresh Cucumber. The juice of fresh Cucumber, combined with Yogurt can be a very good astringent. For oily skin, a different combination is used. Use egg white as base; add honey and a small amount of Lemon juice. Use cotton to apply toner and apply it in an upward and outward direction on your face, but be careful not to include the area under your eyes and eyelid.
Moisturizing Process
Moisturizing helps in making your skin soft and radiant, and as fresh as the morning. This third step in skin maintenance involves cleaning your hands with soap and water first. Use moisturizer on your face in an upward and outward direction. Use moderately.
