Tips for Face skin care
Skin care is important for a good and fresh face look and it is not difficult to maintain and take care of your skin. You just have to focus on your diet intake, water intake and protection of skin from wind and sun. If you eat nutritious food and drink good amount of water regularly, then there is no reason for any damage to your skin. In this article, four essential steps are highlighted if you want your skin to glow, but remember to follow the sequence of steps as given and choose the products according to your skin type.
1. Cleansing:
You can avoid acne and other skin problems through cleansing. Try to wash your face with some gentle face wash twice a day so that the skin pores can breathe properly, especially before you go to sleep. Use of a good cleanser two times a day is also recommended but the cleanser should be mild and should not create any irritation to your skin.
2. Toning:
The second step towards face care is the use of a good toner as it will not only remove all the dust left behind, but also hydrate and refresh your skin by providing nourishment. It also helps to close the pores which are opened during the cleansing of face. Remember to use the toner which is alcohol free as alcohol causes dryness of skin.
3. Exfoliation:
This is the next step which helps to deal with acne and it removes all the dead cells from the skin. It helps to deal with aging of skin as well and helps to restore the freshness of the skin. In the process of exfoliation, the dead cells are removed with alpha and beta acids but remember that too much use of this can cause harm to skin.
4. Moisturizing:
Moisturizing is the last and important step to follow and it helps to provide all the required nutrition and hydration to our skin. You should also use good sunscreen and night cream daily to cure any damage caused to the skin during day to day activities.
